Central to this area is our outdoor wood-fired oven.

We use the summer kitchen during the spring and summer when we offer wood-fired pizza days, or when doing outdoor wood-fired bread- baking for sampling and sale.

This area can also be used for large groups that desire an outdoor sandwich buffet or pizza party.
