november 7th four-course dinner with chef niekamp

We are pleased to collaborate with Chef Evan Niekamp, the owner and chef of Restaurant Pietro in Waskesiu.  
Restaurant Pietro is a very popular Italian Steak restaurant known for its homemade pasta. Chef Niekamp believes in big flavour, understandable food and the highest quality ingredients. 

A red seal interprovincial journey person, Chef Evan has owned Restaurant Pietro for the past 13 years. Prior to that, he was the executive sous chef at Boffins Club for 4 years, executive chef at the Hotel Senator for 4 years, and also was a culinary instructor at Lake Land College. 

Chef Niekamp lives in Saskatoon but is in Waskesiu during the summer.  He and his wonderful wife have a son aged 13 and a daughter aged 11. 
We feel very fortunate to be partnering with Chef Niekamp and his team for this delightful and delicious dinner.
