BUTTERY CRUST PIE CLASS

Want to learn how to make a delicious, flaky butter crust pie?

Join us in our Solar Gardens acreage commercial kitchen this Sunday Nov 9th afternoon, and learn how to create delicious pies just in time for the holiday season!

In this hands-on class, you will learn our reliable, easy, delicious and very flaky pie crust recipe.

Learn a bit of the science behind this great recipe along with tips on creating the dough, rolling it, baking it and storing it.  

And of course, there will be sampling.

You will go home with your own pie to impress family and friends, and our hope that you will enjoy using this recipe throughout the holiday season and beyond.

*If you have a special glass pie plate at home that you want to use in making your pie, please bring it to class.

Class starts at 1:30 and anticipate at least 3 hours for this class.  

$75 plus taxes per person.
